Head Coach
COACH ALI
Hi, my name is Ali Rudl and I am the Head Coach here at Little SPORT. I am a 2003 graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a certification in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. In 2006 I married my husband Karl and we had our first son, Potter, in July of 2008.
I have been working with children since I was twelve years old, starting as a camp counselor and teacher’s aid. Since college I have also been a substitute teacher, math tutor and a coach for my younger brother’s soccer team. I am also certified in adult and child CPR, First Aid and Safety.
Finding out about Little SPORT has been one of the best experiences so far in my life. I am so excited to be able to be a part of your children’s lives, as well as yours. For the past five years we have been working to create an atmosphere where the children learn and grow right before our eyes! I look forward to having the opportunity to get to know you and your children and help form our future scholar-athletes.

COACH KATHLEEN
Hello, I am Kathleen Stankus. I am a graduate of Cherry Hill West and I have a B.S. from Rowan University. I am a stay at home mother of three. I have always loved working with children and continue to find outlets that allow me to do this. I currently volunteer as a Girl Scout Leader for my daughters troop. I watch a handful of children during the afternoon and on the weekends, when not attending swimming events, you can find me here at LittleSPORT coaching parties.
I have been involved in sports for as long as I can remember. I played soccer, basketball, track and field, field hockey, lacrosse, swimming and diving, and softball. My first love was always swimming. As a kid I held a handful of records on the teams I swam for. But sports encompassed more than fast splits and winning points. The friendships I made and the journey towards the goals, that was what I hold dear. As an athelete and a coach I feel the LittleSPORT motto "Life Education through Sports" is a powerful message. I believe that coaching involves not just teaching the skills to win a game, but also presents an opportunity to teach character lessons that will help kids in the game of life. I started coaching swimming in high school. I found myself coaching on and off until I married. I now have the opportunity to cheer on my children in whatever venue they are competing. Even with all of this joy, I missed instructing kids in the sports arena. When I heard about the opportunity to be a part of the LittleSPORT team I jumped at the chance. I look forward to sharing my love of sports with your little one!
COACH ERIN
Hi I am Erin Klepp. I have been working with children for the past 22 years. I graduated from Holy Family University in 2003 with a B.S. in Elementary/Special Education. In 2007 I completed a post baccalaureate certificate from Penn State giving me a specialty area for teaching the Autistic population. I worked as a teacher and supervisor of an Autism program in the NJ Early Intervention system until the birth of my son in 2007. I am now a stay at home Mom working part-time as a teacher in Early Intervention and as a coach at Little Sport.
Prior to working in Early Intervention I worked at Bancroft Neurohealth for 12 years in various positions serving children with various disabilities. It is here that I found my passion for teaching children with disabilities and a love for teaching children on the Autism Spectrum.
I started bringing my son to Little Sport when he was 14 months old. I immediately fell in love with the philosophy of Little Sport and am proud to now be coaching classes. I truly believe that Little Sport has helped my son become a social well mannered little boy.
I am excited to join the Little Sport team of coaches and look forward to meeting you! :)
COACH KAITLIN
Hi, my name is Kaitlin McCann. I graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2008 and have a degree in Elementary Education and English. I am also certified to teach middle school math and spend my days teaching 5th and 6th grade math at a middle school in Camden, NJ.
I have been working with children from an early age. During high school, I taught a pre-school run out of my high school and was a referee and umpire for the elementary school students in the recreation league in my town. I also coached cheerleading for children ages 4-15. During college, I spent a great deal of time working with children tutoring in afterschool programs and teaching for my college classes.
When I read about a position at LITTLE SPORT, I was very excited. I felt that spending my nights and weekends working with children would be a fun and rewarding experience. I was also glad to find a position dealing with sports, since I played field hockey, basketball and softball for all of my time in middle school and high school. Finally, I have realized that working with children under the age of five provides a nice break from the crazy pre-teen students that I spend my days with. I could not have asked for a better opportunity and I look forward to learning and growing with your children while also showing them the importance of working together and having fun while we play!
COACH ALYSSA
Hi! My name is Alyssa Morris, and I am a full-time college student majoring in Early Childhood Education. With past experience working at children’s fitness facilities, I love to be involved with expressing the importance of play to children. I have so much fun working with children and enjoy keeping up with their fast pace personalities.
While I did play field hockey, gymnastics was always my passion growing up. Now, watching and playing all kinds of sports is my favorite hobby!
Understanding how important the early years are, I am thrilled to get the chance to experience them with you and your child. I am so excited to have the opportunity to teach teamwork, as well as life skills to your little ones. I am also extremely honored to be a part of the Little Sport Team and look forward to teaching and watching your children progress each week!
COACH ADRIANE
Hi, my name is Adriane Foley. I coach evening classes and birthday parties here at Little Sport. I knew when I started working at summer camps at age 16 teaching was what I was called to do in life.
I am a fully certified teacher with degrees in Elementary Education and Child Drama. After graduating from Rowan University in 2004, I taught for three years at Charles Sumner Elementary School in Camden, NJ. During my time there I learned that one positive person truly can make a difference in the life of a child. In 2007 I made the difficult decision to leave full time teaching in order to care for my son, Danny.
Being at home with Danny has been amazing and I try to provide him with many opportunities that will enhance his growth and development. I was looking for somewhere in which my son could have an educational as well as social experience, and I just didn’t find anything that was up to my standards. Then I found Little SPORT. After learning about how Little SPORT utilizes fun and sportsmanship to educate students, I wanted my family to be a part of the Little SPORT family. I have seen firsthand how much my own son has learned from being a part of Little SPORT. I love using my gifts with children and teaching to help our students learn and develop. I feel that I am truly blessed to be able to be at home with my son as well as teach such wonderful concepts and skills. I look forward to teaching your child all of the amazing things that we have to offer at Little SPORT.
